I conceptualised, storyboarded, filmed, and edited a series of internal communications videos for Super Group (Betway Group), designed to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
Working closely with the internal comms and brand teams, I developed creative concepts that aligned with strategic messaging — translating corporate updates and culture stories into visually engaging, human-led narratives. From scripting and shot planning to directing and post-production, I managed the full production process, ensuring each video delivered clarity, authenticity, and energy.
The result was a suite of videos that brought internal campaigns to life, improved information flow across teams, and reinforced Betway’s dynamic, global brand identity.
